Description

This guest badge belonged to composer Erkegali Rakhmadiyev and was issued for the II International Music Festival held in Moscow in May 1984 under the auspices of the Union of Composers of the USSR. The festival brought together hundreds of composers and performers from more than 50 countries. Such badges were issued to official guests and participants, granting access to festival venues.
