Description

Author: Ostrenko, Ivan. 1927-2007
A genre painting depicting the daily life and labor of nomads. In the foreground, by a mountain stream, stands a young girl in a light-colored dress, while slightly further back, a female figure in traditional clothing carries buckets. A yurt is visible in the background. The scene unfolds against a vibrant, sun-drenched hilly landscape. The artist employs rich green, yellow, and brown hues to capture the luminous atmosphere of a sunny day in the mountains. At the lower right - signature.
