Description

The order awarded to the dombrist-composer, the people’s artist of the Kazakh SSR, Dina Nurpeisova. In the center of the order is a medallion framed by a wreath of oak leaves. Against the background of blue enamel is depicted a flowing stream of water, over which are superimposed a silver sickle and hammer. On the inner left side of the medallion are placed a silver flagpole and medallion, the upper part of the gear is covered with a red banner with the inscription “USSR”. The reverse side of the order is smooth, slightly convex, with two rivets. The fastening part has a round recess with a diameter of 35 mm.
