Description
A tubular amulet (boitumар) made of silver. The front side features three inserts of brown glass imitating carnelian. Each insert is framed with decorative ornamentation executed in granulation technique. The surface is adorned with traditional motifs carrying protective symbolism. Loops are positioned on the sides and at both ends of the amulet, allowing it to be worn or suspended. The artifact reflects traditions of jewelry craftsmanship and amuletic symbolism.
