Iron Stirrups for Horse Tack (Pair).
A stirrup is a component of horse tack designed to support the rider’s foot while riding. The exhibit consists of two similar iron stirrups. The stirrups have an arched shape, with an oval opening in the upper part for attaching the leather strap. The lower part has a flat footrest. They were forged from a single piece of iron.
