Badge with Certificate

Description

This exhibit is an award set belonging to the writer Shaken Kumisbayev, consisting of a breast badge and an official certificate for the title “Honorary Citizen of Aksu District”. The title was conferred by Decision No. 3-21 of the Aksu District Maslikhat on March 19, 2012.
The certificate is printed on thick white paper, bordered by a blue frame with traditional national ornaments. The upper left section features a color photograph of Sh. Kumisbayev, while the center displays the emblem of Aksu District and the title “Куәлік” (Certificate). The document is signed by the District Akim A. Duysembayev and the Maslikhat Secretary S. Serperbayev, authenticated with official blue seals.
The metal breast badge is designed as a round medallion embossed with the coat of arms of Aksu District. The medallion is attached via a ring to a rectangular suspension block covered with a blue ribbon adorned with national ornaments. The artifact is fully preserved.
