Description

The stone sculpture is made of pinkish-brown granite. The hands are partially depicted. In the neck area of the sculpture, an ornament resembling a necklace or beaded decoration is carved. This may indicate that the figure represents a person of high social status of that period (a warrior, leader, or bek).The face of the sculpture has clearly carved eyebrows, eyes, nose, and mouth. The eyebrows are arched, and the eyes are made in the form of lines and are slightly closed, giving the image a sad and thoughtful expression. The nose and lips are simple but clearly defined. The facial expression is calm, creating the impression of a person immersed in philosophical contemplation.In the lower part of the chest, there are two cylindrical protruding elements. The upper part of the head is damaged (broken).
