Description

The set consists of a badge and certificate titled “Winner of the 1974 Socialist Competition,” issued to Temir Bekbauliyev. The badge consists of two parts. The upper section is a shaped red enamel ribbon with a five-pointed star in the center, framed by gilt-colored laurel leaves. The lower section is formed as a wreath of laurel and oak branches with radiating rays, the relief date “1974,” and a shaped shield bearing the inscription “WINNER OF THE SOCIALIST COMPETITION,” finished in red enamel. The certificate contains printed text supplemented by handwritten personal details, the basis for the award, signatures of responsible officials, and the date of issue, 7 April 1975.
