Ceramic Jug

Description

A ceramic vessel made using the clay-firing method. It was found in the village of Baskunshy. Its color is yellowish-brown. It has an oval shape with a rounded bottom. The neck is slightly narrower toward the top, and the opening is wide. The vessel was designed for convenient pouring of liquids. It was used to store grains and liquids.
