Description

Korzhyn – saddlebag of pileless weaving from cotton colored threads. Consisting of two sections – pockets. Ornamented with stripes, various on width and color and inscribed patterns “kosmuiz”, “shyrsha agashy”, “tortkulak”, “itkuiryk”. Lining is woven from three stitched stripes. Wool, cotton fabric, mixed weaving. 44х199 сm. Made in Zhambyl region, Zhualy dis-t. Acquired in 1979 from Tolemisov B. – son-in-law of Tolemisova Tengegul, Alma-Ata.
