Coin “One Poltinnik”

Description

A silver coin with a denomination of “One Poltinnik” (50 tiyn), issued in 1924. It is one of the widely circulated silver coins of the Soviet period.The obverse features the State Emblem of the USSR: a hammer and sickle are depicted against the background of a globe, with the slogan “PROLETARIANS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE!” inscribed around the upper part. The reverse features the well-known “Udarnik” design. The year of issue, “1924 G.”, is indicated at the bottom.
