Сup case

Description

Keseqap (cup case)- is one of the traditional household items of the Kazakh people. The keseqap is made of felt and was used for storing and carrying cups intended for drinking kumis and tea. It was hung on the right side of the yurt. The outer surface of the item is decorated with floral ornaments. The embroidery was made using the tambour stitch technique. The edges of the embroidery are trimmed with black velvet fabric, giving the item decorative appeal and durability.
