Consists of one page. The certificate is bordered with a red frame. At the top, the emblem of the USSR is depicted. It bears the inscription: “All-Union Lenin Order and Order of the Red Banner Voluntary Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet.” The Mangystau District DOSAAF Committee and the District Committee of the Kazakhstan Komsomol award this certificate to Secondary School No. 3 student S.
