Diploma (VP No. 058303)

Description

The diploma is an official Soviet-period document certifying Bakhit Tasmukhanov’s graduation from the Alma-Ata Higher Party School. It was issued on 24 June 1970 following a period of study from 1966 to 1970. The left side of the document bears an image of the State Emblem of the USSR. The right side contains the heading “DIPLOMA” and the series and number VP No. 058303, with the holder’s personal data entered by hand.
