Torsyk (leather vessel for koumiss)

A flask (torsyk) made of brown leather. Its two sides are joined together, with the edges sewn around the perimeter using fine stitching. On both sides, in four places, elongated traditional Kazakh “müyiz” (horn-shaped) ornaments are carved and outlined in black. The side edges, arranged in two rows, are curved inward. The flask has a narrow, elongated wooden stopper.
