Samovar

Description

A household item for boiling water. Made of iron. In the central part, there is a metal pipe for fuel, inside which the fuel burned, heating the water. The samovar has a water reservoir, a spout for draining it, and two side handles. It was used in Kazakh and Russian households for making tea. The outer surface bears the stamp of the Tula factory “Partnership of the Trading House of Bros. Schemaryins.”
