Coin

Description

A round coin with a square hole in the center. The obverse bears embossed Chinese characters. The rim is slightly raised. The surface shows traces of natural wear and oxidation caused by long-term use. Coins of this type circulated in China for many centuries and were widely used throughout East Asia. It is of historical and cultural significance as a numismatic artifact.
