Description

Moscow Brand Typewriter - a mechanical typewriter and a valuable memorial artifact that offers an insight into the creative workspace of the renowned Kazakh poet and member of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, Kanipa Bugybayeva.
Produced in the Soviet Union in the 1950s-1960s, this portable model features a durable black metal корпус and is mounted on a special wooden stand. The upper carriage bears a well-preserved gold-colored “Moscow” inscription, while a raised circular factory emblem can be seen in the left corner. The round keys are arranged in four rows and framed with metal rims, with Cyrillic letters displayed on the keyboard.
The upper part of the typewriter features two spools for the ink ribbon, a paper-feed roller, and the mechanism of the type hammers.
