A multi-figure composition devoted to military valor and remembrance depicts, on the right, naval sailors carrying submachine guns at full length as they march towards the viewer behind their officer. On the left wall, a stone memorial relief featuring soldiers set against a tank rises above an eternal flame and laid wreaths. The composition relies on the dynamic contrast between the dense column on the right and the pale, static relief on the left, seamlessly bridging the present day with the memory of the war. The forms are synthetic and generalized, defined by sharp, expressive silhouettes. The rich palette balances the deep navy-black tones of the uniforms, the cool grey of the stone, and the resonant red accents of the flame and wreaths. At the lower left – signature.
