A landscape executed in the traditions of the Classical Realist School, characterized by a delicate rendering of light and aerial perspective. Spread across the foreground is the sandy bank of a river dotted with sparse shrubs, where a yurt and low structures stand, evoking the motif of nomadic life. The calm surface of the river draws the viewer’s gaze into the depth toward the opposite craggy shore, beyond which the soft silhouettes of mountains rise shrouded in a light haze. Above stretches a high, luminous sky layered with ridges of clouds. A restrained, tender palette, painterly intimacy, and plein-air precision create a harmonious atmosphere of a riverland.
