A genre-thematic composition depicting a scene of fishermen’s labour: at the water’s edge, men are engaged in mending and stowing nets, boats are moored nearby, and on the left a truck stands beside a canopy. The light sandy shore, the shimmering surface of the water, and the soft pastel palette create a sense of a sunny, peaceful day by the sea. Bottom right - signature and date.
