Warm Autumn Days

Description

Author: Dzhusupov, Ali. 1928-1976
A landscape depicting autumn trees against a backdrop of urban buildings. The composition is rendered in a muted, light pastel palette. In the background, the silhouettes of buildings with vertical and horizontal architectural divisions can be discerned. The painterly manner is characterized by broad, generalized brushstrokes; the form of the trees is treated as patches of color without detailed elaboration, and the color is built on subtle nuanced combinations of light tones, creating an effect of a soft, airy, muted mood. Bottom right - signature and date.
