A decorative portrait with features of a symbolic-allegorical composition, at the centre of which is a frontal, static full-length figure wearing a headscarf and a long flowing robe. The entire background and partly the clothing are covered with a scattering of luminous oval spots - “snowflakes” in pastel tones - creating a shimmering, unreal veil. The composition is planar and decorative; the palette is soft; the painterly manner is textured, with an emphasis on decorative rhythm and a fairy-tale, conventional mood. In the lower right corner is a signature.
