An industrial landscape of horizontal format, sustained in a cool silvery-blue tonality. The compositional center is an industrial installation on the water: floating cranes with boom structures, dams and embankments dividing the water surface into separate reaches. On the right, in the far distance, the light silhouette of a large building stands out. In the background, a mountain range of soft blue-green contours stretches as a band. The coloration is built on closely related cool bluish-grey and greenish tones, enlivened by the dark silhouettes of the machinery and the ochre accents of the embankments.
