Genre-symbolic multi-figure composition depicting a group of characters united by a common emotional and semantic action. At the center is a male figure with a cane, emphasized as the compositional dominant. Behind him is a seated female figure wearing a kimeshek (traditional headdress), as well as a soldier holding a boy in his arms and other figures forming a multilayered spatial arrangement. The composition is built on the contrast between large silhouettes and blurred background images. The color palette is restrained, dominated by cool grey-blue tones.
