Description
The Kazakh carpet is woven from wool, with a faded appearance. The backing is black. It has white and red tassels on both sides. The center is woven from red wool. In the middle, there is a large floral pattern in green and red. Around the flowers, there are two circles with a “bird’s foot” motif in green and deep red colors. It bears the inscription “K” in the center, dated 1973.
