Honorary Certificate awarded to Zhabala Yergaliyevich Yeraliev
For long-standing and productive work in the press, active participation in the activities of the journalists’ organization, and in connection with the publication of the 10,000th issue of the Kokchetav regional newspaper “Kokshetau Pravdasy.”
The certificate, dated 1984, is certified by the signatures of B. Kydyrbekuly, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, and I. Meltser, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Board, as well as by the round seal of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan.
The certificate is printed typographically on a double sheet of thick paper.
The cover is decorated as follows:

The main field of the cover features a red background with images of a sickle and hammer, a pen nib, and a blue stripe.
