Description
Official red Mandate No. 49 of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kazakhstan. The document was issued to Nurmolda Aldabergenov as a delegate to the 17th Taldy-Kurgan District Party Conference with the right to cast a decisive vote. The mandate features portraits of Vladimir I. Lenin and Joseph V. Stalin, the Party slogan “Workers of the world, unite!”, as well as the signature of the Chairman of the Mandate Commission and the date of issue.
