Arrowhead

Description

This exhibit is an arrowhead, one of the types of combat arrows used in warfare. The arrowhead is elongated, pointed, and faceted.
Due to its thickness and weight, such arrows were effective in cavalry battles, during castle sieges, and against armored enemies. The heavy arrow was used to deliver a strong blow, pierce armor, and inflict maximum damage at close range.
