Description
An official letter from the Kazakh Branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Agricultural Economics, addressed to collective farm chairman N. Aldabergenov in April 1956. The Institute invited him to serve as a scientific correspondent and share his practical experience to support the development of agricultural science. In return, the Institute offered consultations on agricultural economics and production management. The letter was signed by F. Stepin, Acting Director of the Branch and Candidate of Economic Sciences.
