Description
A member of the Zhambyl collective farm and a mother of many children, Seidakhmetova, appealed to Nurmolda Aldabergenov, a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.
Her husband, Bolysbay Seidakhmetov, was accused of stealing goods from a store and building a house with those funds, after which he was arrested. The complainant states that the house was built with honestly earned money, and during the search no stolen goods were found. Nevertheless, the prosecutor confiscated the family’s last money and intends to seize the household property.
In this regard, she requests a fair investigation, asks to prove their innocence, to defend them in court, and to ensure that a just decision is made.
