Letter of application from N. Aldabergenov, Chairman of the Stalin Collective Farm in Taldykorgan District, addressed to D. Kunaev, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR.
A 2-page typewritten document with handwritten corrections in ink and N. Aldabergenov’s original signature.
The letter describes the construction of social facilities, including a primary school costing 100,000 rubles and a two-story school costing 1.5 million rubles. To further develop the collective farm center, the letter requests state funding for a 70-place boarding school and 10 two-apartment houses for teachers, as well as assistance in equipping a 500-seat House of Culture, a 200-place kindergarten, and a stadium at the collective farm’s expense.
