«Qudaği jüzik» (traditional Kazakh ring for a mother-in-law)

Description

The “qudagy zhuzik” ring (a traditional Kazakh ring presented as a gift to a mother-in-law) is made of silver and has a round shape. Its form is close to oval and resembles a medallion. Two circular recesses are located in the central part. They contain red plastic inserts. The surface is decorated with symmetrically arranged diamond-shaped geometric ornaments. The edges are embellished with carved decorative lines.
