Clay Jug

Description

Ceramic jugs were made by firing clay vessels and came in different volumes. Firing made them stronger, and for decoration various patterns were applied to the sides of the vessel. The color is reddish dark brown. It has a rounded shape with a narrowed mouth, making it convenient for pouring liquids. Produced in large volumes. Intended for storing grains and liquids.
