Description
A towel is a traditional household item made of white fabric and intended for drying. The item has an elongated shape and is currently folded compactly in a vertical position. Identical decorative elements and embroidery are repeated at both ends. The lower edge of the towel is finely gathered and decorated with a ruffle, while the upper and lower edges are bordered with strips of red fabric. Between the two red strips, a floral ornament is embroidered with brightly coloured threads: in the centre are flower petals in light pink, yellow-orange, and deep burgundy-red, surrounded by green and blue leaves. The embroidery is executed evenly and neatly, giving the item a distinctive decorative appearance and national character.
