Bellows - körik

Description

A traditional tool used to intensify fire. Made of wood, leather, and metal. Leather is secured between two wooden boards to form an air chamber. Operated by a handle, it forces air through a metal tube into the forge, increasing the intensity of the fire.
Date: 19th century.
