Jug

Description

The jug is made of red clay. The body has a truncated conical shape and is set on a disc-shaped foot. The rim is straight and oval-shaped. The shoulder is decorated with two straight radial lines applied while the vessel was rotating on the wheel. The surface is burnished and covered with a red slip. Made from well-levigated red clay with inclusions. A trace of handle attachment is preserved in the middle part of the body.
