Jug

Description

A jug-shaped vessel, red clay, machine-made. The neck is straight, the rim is not pronounced, decorated with two parallel incised lines. The body is spherical in shape, swells at the top, gradually narrowing to a flat bottom. Bright red engobe with polishing is applied to the outer wall of the vessel. The projections of the fastening at the rim and on the shoulder of the body have been preserved from the molded handle.
