Description
The legend of the 1866 kopeck is fragmentary. The obverse features the narrow monogram of Alexander II, topped by the imperial crown. Slightly lower in the center is the letter “A” - a Roman numeral. On the reverse, a narrower crown appears at the top. The reverse displays the denomination and the year of issue - 1866. The E.M. symbol, located below the year of issue, indicates that the 1866 kopeck was minted in Yekaterinburg. Edge: smooth.
