Shield

Description

Shield – a piece of protective equipment designed to protect warriors from enemy arrows and blows from various types of weapons. The shield is made in a round shape, with its main part crafted from wood and its outer surface painted reddish-brown. The front surface of the shield is decorated with carved national ornamental patterns. A convex decorative metal element and fastening components are located in the center. A long decorative tassel made of black bristles is attached to the lower central part of the shield. Authors: Shokparov Daulet Darkembayuly.
