Description
The plate is made of red clay, round in shape, and set on a flat ring-shaped foot. The rim is straight, with a thickened edge and an oval cross-section. It was made on a hand-operated potter’s wheel. The surface is covered with light-coloured slip and transparent glaze. Fragments of brown underglaze decoration are preserved on the upper part of the inner wall.
