Description
Teapot-shaped vessel made of light red clay, wheel-thrown. The body is swollen and spherical, tapering toward the lower part. The base is round, flat, and slightly protruding. The surface is covered with a transparent glaze over a white slip, though a significant portion of the glaze has not been preserved. A brown underglaze pseudo-epigraphic ornament is present. The piece was made using a potter’s wheel.
