The painting “Father and Son Serikbol”

Description

S. Kondebay is depicted in this photo alongside his father Adilbek. The basis of it is two separately taken photographs that were then combined into one composition. The photo was taken around 1973-1974. His father Adilbek is a light-haired man wearing a cap, a white shirt, and a black suit, with a serious expression on his face. Serikbol in this photo is likely about 5-6 years old. He has dark hair styled to one side, a light complexion, and is dressed in a white shirt. Both are looking directly at the camera. The harmony of the images in the two photographs gently conveys the spiritual connection between father and son.
