The badge is round in shape and silver in color. Its surface is adorned with square patterns. Inside is the inscription “Жоғары оқу орнының үздік оқытушысы” (Best Teacher of the Higher Education Institution). In the center is an image of a golden figure riding a leopard, with a book beneath them. It was awarded to T.A. Koketaev for the title of best teacher.
