“First Discoverer of a Mineral Deposit of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
Issued to Evgeny Alexandrovich Pyatov for the discovery of the Kulager-Arasan underground water deposit.
The diploma is in the form of a booklet. The cover is made of synthetic material on a polyurethane base in turquoise color, with embossing applied by pressing: at the top, the coat of arms of Kazakhstan, in the center the inscription: “Diploma of the First Discoverer of a Mineral Deposit of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (in Kazakh: «Қазақстан Республикасының кен орынын алғаш ашушы Дипломы»).
