The abstract architectural composition depicts an arched light ochre frame, through which a deep passage opens into a dark space; on the right there are planar vertical divisions in brown-ochre tones and in the lower left corner there is a small, light-yellow form. The palette is built on the contrast between the warm light ochre of the frame and the deep dark-brown tones of the interior space. The dense, relief-like paint texture and the generalized treatment of architectural form lend the composition a monumental, almost ruined character. Top right - monogram.
