An industrial landscape with a vertical composition of a factory workshop, tall chimneys, and an interlacing of stairways and structures. In the lower portion, figures of workers by molten metal. The colouring is ochre-brown and warm - sepia and sandy tones of the buildings contrast with flashes of hot pink and white in the smelting area. The painterly manner is graphic - dense hatching and a broken, vibrating stroke convey the heat and tension of the industrial process. Bottom right – signature and date.
