Description

This traditional bowl is made of glossy white porcelain and features a wavy, scalloped rim. Its surface is decorated with a floral composition consisting of a large open red flower in the centre, a tulip bud on the left, delicate green stems, and small blue blossoms. A thin gold-coloured border runs along the upper and lower rims. Such bowls were traditionally used for serving tea, sorpa, broth, and small portions of national dishes. The exhibit is a personal belonging of composer Erkegali Rakhmadiyev and holds memorial, historical-domestic, and cultural value.
