Badge with Certificate

Description

This exhibit is an award set belonging to the prominent writer Shaken Kumisbayev, consisting of a breast badge and an official certificate for the International “Alash” Literary Prize. The award was presented for the collection of children’s stories and novellas “Solaqai” [Left-handed] by Nurlan Orazalin, Chairman of the Board of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan, on November 28, 2008, in Almaty.
The certificate is designed as a fold-out made of thick white paper. The left inner page displays the inscriptions “QAZAQSTAN ZHAZUSHYLAR ODAGY” - [Laureate of the International Alash Prize]., while the right page features a sketch of the badge, the recipient’s name, the title of the awarded work, the Chairman’s signature, and the date of issue.
The medal is cast in metal, featuring an octagonal star-shaped pendant embossed with a shanyrak and traditional ornaments in the center. The pendant is attached to a rectangular suspension block covered with a blue ribbon. The artifact is fully preserved and holds significant literary and historical value.
