Description

Commemorative tea pair (cup and saucer) dedicated to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Personal effect of the scientist and Great Patriotic War veteran Zhurimbek Sydykov.
The set consists of two items made of white porcelain: a cylindrical cup with a handle and a round saucer. The front of the cup features a graphic depiction of a Soviet soldier wearing a helmet, with the years “1941” and “1945” printed above in red, set against a background of festive fireworks. The center of the saucer displays an image of the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st Class. The upper rim of the saucer bears the inscription “СПАСИБО ЗА ПОБЕДУ!” (“THANK YOU FOR THE VICTORY!”) in red capital letters, flanked by small red stars on the sides.
